We all grapple with the fundamental questions of life at some point in our lives. It can be hard to know where to look for help and support as you think through these questions. But often it can be helpful it can be helpful to explore your faith and ask questions alongside others who are on the same journey.
Our churches frequently run helpful courses and groups, in low key, relaxed and friendly ways, very different to the formality of Sunday services. You can meet with others, discuss issues and questions of faith and you won’t sing hymns or have to know how to act in church!
Maybe you are asking some of life’s bigger questions: What’s life all about? Does God exist? Is there more to life than this? If that’s the case then you may find Alpha helpful in providing a place to explore what you think.
There is also The Pilgrim Course, a major new discipleship resource published by the Church of England, which the Bishop of Exeter has helped to write, and is now offered by many of our churches.
