Churches encouraged to apply for Coastal Revival Fund
The Coastal Revival Fund is a government-sponsored fund that will award £1 million pounds to secure a new future for iconic coastal buildings and assets. Each application can bid for up to £50,000 to help fund either small capital works or feasibility studies that help identify a new role for these structures. Churches are eligible to apply and have been successful in previous rounds.
The fund is seeking applications in advance of its 5 July deadline and churches in our coastal communities, especially those that are listed or on the Historic England heritage at risk register, are eligible to apply for grants of up to £50k. Grant money must be spent by 31 March 2019 on a project that contributes towards community development and economic regeneration.
