Fresh Expressions

Fresh Expressions of Church are new and different ways of being church in a changing culture. Fresh Expressions of church begin where people are and make church and community there. They require a 'pioneering' and creative mindset in those who help them, and require a different style of leadership. Nationally this style of leadership is being called 'pioneer ministry'. The Pioneer Disciple Course is designed to especially equip and encourage people who are interested in engaging with Fresh Expressions

FrED (Fresh Expressions Devon). FrED was set up to encourage and promote Fresh Expressions of Church in Devon. It is an ecumenical group of practitioners engaged in a variety of ways in Fresh Expressions of church who meet regularly for support and encouragement.
