Visit of Melanesian Archbishop to Devon to call for help in climate crisis

The Archbishop of Melanesia, the Most Revd George Takeli, has come to Devon to call for help to tackle the crisis unfolding in the Solomon Islands caused by climate change. New Dean of Exeter announced

The 71st Dean of Exeter is to be the Very Reverend Jonathan Greener, currently the Dean of Wakefield in the Diocese of Leeds, Downing Street has announced today. Jonathan will take up his new role at the end of November, on the Sunday before Advent. He succeeds the Very Rev Jonathan Draper, who resigned at the end of August.
