Exeter Diocesan Board of Education has a dedicated team and long term relationships with School and Academy Governing Boards. We offer specialist advice and guidance on a wide range of issues specific to the governance of Church of England Schools. We also offer training courses to Governors, Directors, Members and Clerks, and are happy to provide bespoke training for your school or academy’s needs.
The appointment of all Foundation Governors is undertaken via the Exeter Diocesan Board of Education. The appointment of Foundation Directors within Academy Trusts is undertaken via the Exeter Diocesan Education Network (EDEN).
