Churches across Devon will be holding commemorative services on Sunday 18 September, ahead of the funeral of Her Late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II on Monday. The regional Proclamations of King Charles III as the new monarch have taken place in Exeter, Plymouth and Torquay and in a number of towns and villages across Devon. New Church Ministers Become First To Swear Vow of Allegiance to King Charles III

An historic ordination service has taken place at Exeter Cathedral in which 15 new Church of England ministers became the first ordinands in history to swear a vow of allegiance to King Charles III.
