Four welcoming rural parishes in a beautiful part of Devon are seeking a prayerful, community-minded Rector (0.5 Stipendiary) to lead them with joy, imagination, and faith. This is a flexible half-time role with administrative assistance, based in the vibrant village of Silverton, with a modern rectory, strong lay support, and a great quality of life for individuals or families.
They are looking for someone who will help them to grow in faith, rethink worship for all ages, and deepen their engagement with local schools and village life. They value tradition and embrace creativity. They subscribe to the Covenant for Clergy Care and Wellbeing.
