Training
LLM training takes two years, is delivered on a part time basis here in Devon and paid for by the Diocese of Exeter. It is delivered by the South West Ministry Training Course. Click here to find out more information about the training you will receive.

Support for LLMs
On behalf of the Bishop, the Diocesan Warden of Licensed Lay Ministry has oversight of all matters relating to LLMs in the Diocese including policy, practice, planning and pastoral care.

The Diocesan Warden is assisted by the Assistant Warden and the LLM administrator along with other experienced LLMs who hold portfolios for certain areas of ministry and training. These people make up the LLM Forum. This group meets about five times a year to discuss matters of pastoral care, training and policy.
