Fitter for Faith

Fitter for Faith is a community outreach ministry based at St David’s Church in Exeter.

It aims to build long-term relationships, offer hope to people in need, and transform lives by running activities which include time for food and fellowship, and opportunities to pray together and explore Christian faith

Ben Cookson leads Fitter for Faith

It currently includes a weekly boxing for fitness class, which meets in the church on a Wednesday morning for boxing training, a shared lunch and wellbeing check-in and a time of prayer for each other.

Fitter for Faith has also recently started a weekly hot-dogs and bible study session.

Fitter for Faith was founded by Ben Cookson and is supported by St David’s Church and the Diocese of Exeter.
