This Is My Story: Information for Churches
This Is My Story is a photo portrait exhibition about faith which is touring churches and schools across Devon in 2023 and 2024.

The exhibition features a series of portraits by photographer Huw Ryden displayed on large pull-up banners. Alongside each portrait is the subject’s faith story in their own words.
The aim of This is My Story is to share the living faith stories of Christians from across Devon as a gentle and accessible form of witness. It has been created by the Diocese of Exeter Communications and Engagement team. We hope it will be a useful resource for both rural and urban churches, whatever their size!
Would your church like to host?
Churches and schools are being invited to host the exhibition for one or two weeks and ideally to hold an outreach or fundraising event during that time.

Media Kit:
We have created a media kit to help you promote This Is My Story being hosted at your church, or a church near you. The kit includes A4 poster exhibition designs, QR code posters, and social media graphics. Some of the resources in the media kit can be customised by adding text which shares your venue and hosting dates of the exhibition.

Printable Storyboards
We have created some storyboards which allow people to share their own story in their own words, whatever it may be. The storyboards are a great way for people to reflect on their own story and to engage with the
exhibition. They can be hung up with string and pegs, and can form part of the exhibition. Click here to download and print the storyboards.
